WILLIAM H. MAY, 81

LISBON -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Weber Funeral Home for William H. May, 81, of 201 Sherman St., who died Thursday evening at home after a long illness.
Mr. May was born March 9, 1919, in Power Point, Ohio, a son of Ira F. and Lily E. French May, and was a lifelong area resident.
He was a drag line operator for C & amp;W Mining, retiring in 1981. He attended Trinity Friends Church and was a member of Lisbon Senior Citizens.
Besides his wife, the former Doris M. Brooks, whom he married Feb. 5, 1943, he leaves a brother, James F. of Lisbon; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Two sons, David and Kevin; a daughter, Diana Post; and two brothers, Clarence May and Homer Swanson, are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
