JOHN ADAM SANO, 90

YOUNGSTOWN -- Private services will be Monday at Kinnick Funeral Home for John Adam Sano, 90, of Omni Manor Nursing Home, who died Friday morning in the nursing home.
Mr. Sano was born Sept. 23, 1910, in Youngstown, a son of John and Wilhemina Sano, and was a lifelong area resident.
He retired as general foreman at Republic Steel Bessemer division and was a parking lot attendant at Youngstown State University from 1971 to 1975.
Besides his wife, the former Mary Ann Gentile, whom he married in 1933, he leaves a daughter, Jacklyn Conti of Boardman.
Three brothers, Michael, Charles and Frank; and three sisters, Elizabeth Koran, Alice Sano and Wilma Simoni, are deceased.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Paula and Anthony Rich Center for Autism, 606 Wick Ave., Youngstown 44502.
