HELEN L. ECKERT, 82

COLUMBIANA -- Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Seederly-Mong & amp; Beck Funeral Home here for Helen L. Eckert, 82, of 170 N. Vine St., who died Friday in Beeghly Oaks, Boardman, after a six-month illness.
Miss Eckert was born Aug. 29, 1918, in Columbiana, a daughter of L. Evan and Goldie Walter Eckert, and was a lifelong area resident.
She retired from National Union Bank where she worked for 42 years and was a member of Columbiana Chapter of Eastern Star, Columbiana-Fairfield Historical Society, Columbiana Women's Club, Reader's Guild and Green Thumb Garden Club. She was a charter member and former president of the Business and Professional Women's Club of Columbiana.
She leaves three nieces and a nephew.
Two brothers, Glen L. and Joe, are deceased.
Friends may call two hours before the service at the funeral home.
