STELLA C. LESNIAK, 93

NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Madonna Catholic Church Mary Mother of Hope Parish for Stella C. Lesniak, 93, of 901 S. Cascade St., who died Thursday evening in Golden Hill Nursing Home.
Mrs. Lesniak was born June 17, 1907, in New Castle, a daughter of Joseph and Anna Magusiak Cwynar. She was a billing supervisor at U.S. Steel Corp. in New Castle and Pittsburgh, where she worked 38 years.
She was a member of the church, the Polish Arts League of Youngstown, Polish Women's Alliance, PNA Group 411 and was a life member of the Polish Falcons.
Her husband, Louis, to whom she was married 19 years, died in 1985.
She leaves two sisters, Frances Hink and Bernice Polansky, both of New Castle.
Three brothers and a sister are deceased.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Noga Funeral Home.
