Dion L. Williams, 22, Parkman Road, Warren; carrying concealed weapons.
Kendall T. Banks, 19, Gray Street, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons, preparation of cocaine for sale, possession of cocaine, illegal possession of weapons.
Charolette Bell, 39, Foster Street, Youngstown; escape, possession of cocaine, illegal conveyance of drugs into a detention facility.
Shirley A. North, 33, Crandall Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Shui Tung Lam, 20, East Main Street, Canfield; assault.
Kwok Hing Lam, 43, East Main Street, Canfield; assault.
