YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Kinnick Funeral Home for Jack Hull Jr., 85, of The Assumption Village, formerly of Newbern Circle, who died Wednesday afternoon at the home after a long illness.
Mr. Hull was born May 11, 1915, in Struthers, a son of John and Helen Rouan Hull, and was a lifelong area resident. He worked for 39 years at Youngstown Sheet & amp; Tube Co.'s Struthers Merchant Mill, retiring in the late 1970s, and was Catholic.
Besides his wife, the former Ethel May Whitacre, whom he married June 30, 1953, he leaves a son, Bud Hull of Austintown; a daughter, Louise Bettross of Canfield; a stepson, Walter Netzel of Youngstown; two sisters, Eileen Collins in Illinois and Donna Collins in Florida; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Judy Irwin, and three brothers, Edward, Francis and William, are deceased.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
