RICHARD C. FENSTERMAKER, 84

NEWTON FALLS -- Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in First Christian Church for Richard C. Fenstermaker, 84, of 928 W. River Blvd., who died of heart failure Monday afternoon in Laurie Ann Nursing Home here.
Mr. Fenstermaker was born Aug. 28, 1916, in Chagrin Falls, a son of Earle A. and Florence E. Paine Fenstermaker, and lived in Newton Falls since 1984.
He worked for Thomas Steel Co. in Warren for more than 30 years, retiring in 1978 as a personnel director. He was a member of the church, and served in the Army during World War II.
Besides his wife, the former Elanor Jane Markle, whom he married Sept. 5, 1947, he leaves a stepson, Mark Hutchison, and a sister, Hazel Stanley, both of Newton Falls.
A sister, Florence Ida Mowen, is deceased.
Friends may call one hour before services in the church. Arrangements are by James Funeral Home here. Contributions may be made to the church.
