Summer wedding set by Victoria Toy and Timothy South

CANFIELD -- A summer wedding is planned by Victoria Jean Toy and Timothy Lee South, both of 120B Freeman Court, South Point, whose engagement is announced by her parents, Eugene and Linda Toy, 3280 Lynn Road.
Ronald and Becky South, 11 Township Road 1266, Proctorville, are parents of the future groom.
Beaver Township Memorial Park in North Lima has been chosen by the couple for their open wedding at 4:30 p.m. July 28. Invitations will be issued for their evening reception at Colonial Catering.
Miss Toy, a grill cook at Bob Evans Restaurant, Huntington, W.Va., holds an associate degree in culinary arts from Hocking Technical College.
Mr. South graduated from HTC with a police academy degree and is a police officer with Piketon Police Department and a security guard with Johnson Controls in Ashland, Ky.
