Marteney-Darby engagement is announced

NEW WATERFORD -- Larry and Debra Marteney, 3433 Maple Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Stephany Seaira Marteney of the same address, and David Wayne Darby, a son of Albert and Connie Darby, all of 949 N. Four Mile Run Road, Austintown.
Miss Marteney is a student in the dental hygiene program at Youngstown State University, where she will graduate in May.
Her fiance graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and is an electronics engineer with Thomas Steel Strip in Warren.
The couple will be married in an open ceremony at 2:30 p.m. July 28 at Ohltown United Methodist Church in Mineral Ridge. Their reception will be held by invitation at the Italian-American Veterans Centre in Youngstown.
