FRANK E. DULIN, 72



YOUNGSTOWN -- Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Zion Lutheran Church for Frank E. Dulin, 72, of 1970 Connecticut Ave., who died of congestive heart failure Sunday afternoon in Briarfield Manor, Austintown.
Mr. Dulin was born Dec. 3, 1928, in Youngstown, a son of Frank and Florence Clark Dulin.
He worked in the Youngstown Traffic Engineering Department for 15 years.
A member of the church and Fraternal Order of Eagles Meander Aerie 3298, he was a former member of the Saxon Club and played the tuba in the Canfield Community Band. He also was a member of the 20 over 9 Amateur Radio Club. He graduated from Chaney High School.
Besides his wife, the former Patricia Lowther, whom he married June 3, 1967, he leaves two daughters, Nancy Gregory of Youngstown and Carol Dulin of Lowellville; a son, John of Youngstown; a brother, Clyde of Port Salerno, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
A brother, Raymond, and three sisters, Virginia Reese and Edna and Ruth Dulin, are deceased.
Friends may call immediately after the service in the church social hall.
Arrangements are by Kinnick Funeral Home.
