Zagat movie survey
The folks at Zagat, producers of the consumer-based survey guides to restaurants, hotels and nightspots, must be bored. The pollsters have hatched plans for a movie guide, and are soliciting comments (and promising a free copy of the end-result book) from avid moviegoers around the globe. Zagat's movie survey, which is being carried out exclusively online, lists about 1,800 entries, from "Birth of a Nation" to "Citizen Kane" to "Shrek," but write-ins are encouraged. To join in, log on to www.zagat.com/surveys. Participants are asked to rate each film in four categories: Overall excellence (the overalls in "The Grapes of Wrath" were excellent!), acting, storyline and production quality.
