VINCENT R. MARTIN, 70



WARREN -- Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Peter Rossi & amp; Son Memorial Chapel and at 10 a.m. in St. Pius X Church for Vincent R. Martin, 70, of 1376 Dodge Drive N.W., who died of a heart attack Saturday afternoon in Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Martin was born Aug. 16, 1930, in Warren, a son of Joseph R. and Constance Chieffo Martin (Martini). He was a 1949 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. He retired in 1993 after working 43 years at H.K. Porter as a stator winder. He also worked for the past six years was a bartender at Leo's Ristorante, Howland. A member of the church, he enjoyed high school football and was an avid golfer. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Besides his wife, the former Elaine Wiles, whom he married May 25, 1957, he leaves two sons, Jeff L. and Paul V., both of Warren; three brothers, Louis J. and Ronald F. both of Warren, and Joseph F. Jr. of Niles; two sisters, Rachel Iannizzaro of Warren and Diane Werner of Brandon, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where a prayer service will be at 3:45 p.m.
