Patriotic presentation
CORTLAND -- "America You're Beautiful," a 90-minute musical featuring the musicians of Cortland Trinity Baptist Church, will be presented at Cortland Trinity at 9:30 a.m. and at Mentor Nazarene Church at 6 p.m., both on Sunday. The program includes a remembrance of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Admission is free.
Liberty program
SALEM -- Real Life Assembly of God in Salem will present "Sweet Land of Liberty" at 7 p.m. June 29 and 30. The multimedia presentation will celebrate America's freedoms. The event is free.
Celebrations planned
YOUNGSTOWN -- Two events will celebrate the Rev. Jack W. Pettis' 12th pastoral anniversary at Mount Zion Baptist Church and his 50th birthday. There will be a musical program at 6:30 p.m. June 28 and a birthday dinner at 6:30 p.m. June 29.
Kids Camp set
YOUNGSTOWN -- Liberty Presbyterian Church will hold a Kids Camp for children ages 6 to 12 from 9:30 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday. There's no cost, and transportation is available. Registration will be from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Monday. Boy and Girl Scouts will act as shepherds and earn service points to usher children and help teachers. Interested Scouts may call (330) 759-1556.
Healing service
YOUNGSTOWN -- There will be an ecumenical healing prayer service at 7 p.m. Sunday in Christ Church Presbyterian. Time will be allowed for personal ministry.
Spanish service
COLUMBIANA -- Jerusalem Lutheran Church will hold a service at 10:45 a.m. June 23 that will be interpreted in Spanish. Call (330) 482-2136.
Evangelists appear
YOUNGSTOWN -- Evangelists Rev. Michael Lord II and Pastor Edward Lord will be at the YWCA at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
Youth performance
YOUNGSTOWN -- The clown Gospel Sunshine will be at Oak Hill Renaissance Place at 6 p.m. June 29. An offering will be taken.
Family Hour
HUBBARD -- The Sacred Heart Padre Pio Family Prayer Group Holy Hour will be at 3 p.m. June 23 in St. Patrick Church. Call (330) 534-9120.
Congregational meeting
WARREN -- First Presbyterian Church will not participate in the annual ecumenical summer service in Court House Park June 30 as planned because of the congregational meeting scheduled for that morning. Worship will be at 10 a.m. in the church sanctuary followed by the congregational meeting.
Community day
YOUNGSTOWN -- Temple Emmanuel Seventh-day Adventist Church will have a community guest day today. School is at 9:15 a.m., worship is at 11 a.m., and dinner will follow the service.
Southern gospel

Conference set
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- Wind in the Word Outreach Ministry will present the "Iron Sharpeneth Iron Conference" at the Premier Hotel. Roger Jordan of Pittsburgh will speak at services at 6 p.m. June 22 and 23. Area ministers will speak at workshops from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 22. There's no fee, but offerings will be taken.
