Richard D. Helms, 37, Himrod Avenue, Youngstown; kidnapping with firearm specification.
William T. Jones, 40, West LaClede Avenue, Youngstown; burglary.
Richard W. LaBooth, 23, Norwood Avenue, Youngstown; kidnapping and attempted murder with firearm specification, felonious assault.
Gerald McCausland, 40, East County Line Road, Mineral Ridge; aggravated menacing, public indecency.
Quentin Robertson, 27, Coitsville-Hubbard Road, Youngstown; vandalism.
Mitchell C. Sztary, 27, South Turner Road, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, burglary, breaking and entering.
Derrick Wright, 30, Coitsville-Hubbard Road, Youngstown; vandalism.
