YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at noon Monday in Antioch Baptist Church for Arthur James Carter Jr., 46, of 311 N. Garland Ave., who died of complications of asthma Tuesday in St. Elizabeth Health Center. Among others, he leaves a sister, Aileen Gail Stevens of Youngstown. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today in Antioch Baptist Church, where there will be a musical tribute from 6 to 7 p.m. Arrangements are by Black & amp; Phillips Funeral Home.
