FUND-RAISER Angels of Easter Seal plans fashion show

Local media personalities will be featured as models for the annual event.
BOARDMAN -- The Angels of Easter Seal will hold its 24th annual spring fashion show and luncheon April 5 at Mr. Anthony's.
Theme for the event will be "Jungle Fever." A social hour will begin at 10:30 a.m. that day followed by lunch at noon and the fashion show at 1 p.m.
Tickets are $25 each or $35 for patrons. For an invitation call the center at (330) 743-1168. Proceeds benefit Easter Seal of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
Participating: In addition to professional models, the event will include guest appearances of the following local media personalities: Catherine Bosley, Robb Schmidt, Jennifer Brindisi, Kris Gutierrez and Dave Sess of WKBN-TV; Jeff Donaldson of Fox News at Ten; Stan Boney, Pam Surano, LaCheryl Tucker, Vince Bevacqua and Connie Colella of WYTV; Scott Kennedy and Bethanne Wasko of Y-103; and Gail White and Diane Makar Murphy of The Vindicator, who will be escorting this year's Easter Seal Children's Ambassadors, David Jared Kredel, son of Donald and Beth Kredel of Youngstown, and Gregory Sultan, son of George and Christine Sultan of Youngstown.
The other media models will be accompanied by children from the Easter Seal Center, past and present, including Binaca Severino, daughter of Bob and Gina Severino of Poland; Tori Sox, daughter of Kelly Sox of Austintown; LaToya Moore, daughter of Carmen Harrison of Youngstown; and triplets John, Melissa and Franklyn Masmore, children of Kevin and Carol Masmore of Girard.
A highlight will be a raffle for a $1,000 jewelry shopping spree, $250 shopping certificates as well as other gift certificates, tickets to the Monday Musical Club and other items. Raffle tickets are available through the Easter Seal Center or by contacting any Angel member.
In charge: Chairwomen for the event are Carole Hollern and Carol Lumsden, and assisting them are Talli Lidle, Wanda Lipp, Lynn Bucci, Jacie Ridel, Jan Lewis, Norma Garritano, Joan Thompson, Judy Shephard, Mary Celeste VanSickle, Jane Evans, Bonnie Hendricks, Joyce Bernstine, Susan Rupert, Sylvia Pantelone, Effie Pascarella, Lucille Ricci and Julie Costas. Virginia Gerberry is president of the organization.
