DAVID ALLAN COOK, 35

SALEM -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lane Funeral Home in Austintown for David Allan Cook, 35, of 1819 Fairview Court, who was dead on arrival Thursday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Emergency, Boardman Campus, apparently of a heart attack.
Mr. Cook was born Dec. 19, 1965, in Youngstown, a son of Larry L. and Kathleen Sisco Cook. He worked for Pennsylvania Tool Co. for five years, and was a member of Greenford Christian Church.
Besides his mother of Canfield, he leaves a sister, Brenda L. Cook of Columbiana; a brother, Donald W. Cook of Luna Pier, Mich.; grandmothers, Charlotte Sisco and Evelyn Cook both of Salem.
His father, and grandfathers, George D. Sisco and Lowell G. Cook, are deceased.
Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and for one hour before services on Tuesday.
