The executive committee of the city's downtown development agency, the Youngstown Central Area Community Improvement Corp., approved these items Friday:
Bid contracts for building maintenance, security, parking and janitorial services at George V. Voinovich Government Center.
Spend about $80,000 left in an improvements account to turn the remaining vacant space in the Voinovich center into CIC offices and a conference room.
Spend up to $10,000 to make a proposal to the city to house new municipal court offices.
Contract with an outside legal firm to handle a specialized Internal Revenue Service report.
