CURTIS CHARLES MCGHEE, 64



LISBON -- Memorial services will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in First Christian Church for Curtis Charles McGhee, 64, of 33190 Votaw Drive, formerly of Arch Street, Salem, who was pronounced dead Thursday night in Salem Community Hospital, apparently of a heart attack.
Mr. McGhee was born Jan. 2, 1937, in Pottsville, Pa., a son of Ernest G. and Mildred L. Wesner McGhee.
A structural iron worker since 1956, he retired in 1998 from Ironworkers Local 207 in Youngstown. He was a member of the church, Salem Elks Lodge 305 and Salem Eagles 316, and had served in the Army Reserve.
He leaves three daughters, Nancy McGhee of Canal Winchester, Ohio, Carrie Catlett of Lisbon, and Ellen McGhee of Salem; three sisters, Caroline Brobander of Gastonia, N.C., Pat Nivens of Blacksburg, S.C., and Barbara Utz of Wadesboro, N.C.; a brother, Michael of Salem; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A son, Ernest, is deceased.
There are no calling hours.
