MABLE I. RIEHL, 95
COLUMBIANA -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Pleasantview Mennonite Church for Mable I. Riehl, 95, of 3702 state Route 14, who died Thursday morning in Salem Community Hospital of complications of pneumonia.
She was born Oct. 5, 1905, in Columbiana, a daughter of John D. and Lucy Weaver Lehman, and was a lifelong area resident. She spent her winters in Florida from 1970 to 1989.
A homemaker, she was a church deaconess and member of the church sewing circles.
Her husband, Henry W., whom she married Dec. 6, 1927, died Feb. 12, 1995.
She is survived by four daughters, Esther Riehl, with whom she made her home, Viola Neuenschwander of Salem, Naomi Shaum of Leetonia and Gloria Hostetler of Sarasota, Fla.; a sister, Elizabeth Falb of Columbiana; two brothers, Paul Lehman of Salem and Carl Lehman of Fortuna, Mo.; 14 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
A son, Elmer; three brothers, Lester, David and Joseph; a sister, Mary Good; and two grandsons are deceased.
