Sarrah Seibert, Andrew Scarmack to wed June 30

CANFIELD -- Lowell and Christine Seibert, 6155 Gibson Road, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Sarrah Seibert, to Andrew J. Scarmack, son of Andrew and Kathleen Scarmack, 6992 Tamarack Drive, Hubbard.
An open ceremony is planned for 2 p.m. June 30 at St. Christine Church in Youngstown, and a reception by invitation will be held that evening at the Maronite Center, also Youngstown.
Miss Seibert will graduate in May with a degree in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University in Ada.
Her fiance holds a degree in social work from Youngstown State University, where he is pursuing teaching certification in special education. He is employed as a mental-health associate with Forum Health in Youngstown.
