Rosen-Shumaker vows are planned for late spring

STRUTHERS -- Kelly Rosen and Layne Shumaker, both of 619 Fifth St., are announcing plans for their forthcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Rosen, 103 Oneta Ave., Youngstown, and Mrs. Alen Strickland, 6265 Bedell Road, Berlin Center. Mr. Shumaker is a son of Barbara Lane of West Palm, Fla., and Samuel Shumaker of the Fifth Street address.
The couple's open ceremony will take place at noon June 2 at St. Nicholas Church. A reception by invitation will be held that evening at Sts. Peter & amp; Paul Orthodox Pavilion in Youngstown.
Miss Rosen is a self-employed child-care provider.
Her fiance is employed as an installer at Experience Glass Block.
