DELORES M. JOHNSTON WAYRYNEN, 78

WHEATLAND, Pa. -- Private services will be at Sherman Funeral Home, Hermitage, for Delores M. Johnston Wayrynen, 78, of 73 Mercer Ave., who died Wednesday morning in UPMC Horizon Hospital, Farrell.
Mrs. Wayrynen was born June 30, 1922, in Sharpsville, a daughter of William and Genny Ague Saunders.
She was a homemaker and was a member of Sharpsville VFW and American Legion of Sharpsville.
Her first husband, Barney B. Johnston, whom she married April 26, 1944, died May 2, 1974. Her second husband, Elmer A. Wayrynen, whom she married in 1977, died April 23, 1993.
She leaves six daughters, Alice Wickline, Helen Bocook, Amy Bowser and Nora Frazier, all of Sharon, Patricia Lisk of Tionesta, Pa., and Bonnie Burrows of Hermitage; a son, Barney B. Johnston of Warren, Ohio; two sisters, Nancy Luce and Julie Vogan, both of Sharon; 22 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
A son, Thomas Johnston, three sisters and two brothers are deceased.
