UThe seizure of property by law enforcement officials from a home and warehouses owned by Richard D. Goldberg took place in June 2000 and not this past Sunday as was reported in Tuesday's editions. Goldberg's wife and children have filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit in federal court against Judge Timothy P. Maloney of Mahoning County Probate Court and 16 others, claiming the action was unlawful.
