Police seek foot licker
PITTSBURGH (AP) -- City police aren't quite licked, but they're befuddled enough to ask the public to help them solve a very odd case.
Police said Friday they are on the lookout for a foot licker who attacked a woman downtown about 11 a.m. Monday. The woman told police the man stepped on the back of her shoe and knocked it off, after which he grabbed her leg and began licking her foot and sniffing her shoe before she was able to run away.
Police aren't identifying the woman because they consider the attack to be sexual in nature and city police don't release the names of sexual assault victims.
