Lisa A. Skruck, Jon Carpenter to be married

McDONALD -- Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Skruck Jr., 431 Illinois Ave., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lisa A. Skruck, and Jon Paul Carpenter, both of 7736 Stewart-Sharon Road, Masury.
Parents of the future groom are Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Carpenter, 913 Valley View Drive, Masury.
Brookfield United Methodist Church will be the setting for the open-wedding ceremony the couple have planned for 3:30 p.m. Oct. 6. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception to be held at Yankee Lake Ballroom in Brookfield.
The bride-to-be works as a bus driver in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Carpenter is a driver with Carpenter's Auto Repair and Towing in Brookfield.
