YOUNGSTOWN -- Shari Renee Holderman and Steven P. Lazar, both of Wickliffe, were united in marriage at 4 p.m. June 2 at Trinity United Methodist Church Officiating were the bride's grandfather, the Rev. Anthony Pellice Sr., and the Rev. Dr. D. Larry Kline.
After a reception at Archangel Michael Community Center in Campbell, the couple left on a wedding trip to Paris. They live in Wickliffe.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul W. Holderman, 212 Poland Ave., Struthers, and the groom is a son of Mrs. Elizabeth Mitrovich of Mentor and Walter Lazar of Vero Beach, Fla.
The bride's princess-style gown featured a halter neckline, open back and semicathedral train and was embellished with pearls and rhinestones.
Black gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Jamie Holderman and Jennifer Purcell, and the bridesmaids, Sherri Cappitte, Stacy Parillo and Miranda Firth. Flower girl was Victoria McGough.
Best man was Michael Brodnik, and groomsmen were Walter and Christopher Lazar, Jeremy Holderman and Dan Quinn. Ring bearer was Eric Gutierrez.
The bride, a graduate of Youngstown State University, is a certified aerobics instructor at Club Ultimate and Bally's in Cleveland and is also employed by Dawn Enterprises Inc. in Independence.
The groom, a technical services director with Dawn Enterprises Inc., is attending Lakeland Community College, Cleveland.
