POLAND -- Rochel Lee Wetzel, a daughter of Ron and Ilona Wetzel, 8202 Maramont Drive, Boardman, and Nathan Allen Wolfe, a son of Robert and Cathy Wolfe, 14545 state Route 73, McDermott, were united in marriage May 19 at Holy Family Church.
The marriage was solemnized at 1:30 p.m. by Monsignor William J. Connell, and the couple accepted congratulations during a reception at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
After a honeymoon at St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple live at 815 N. High St., Columbus.
Fashioned of silk satin-faced organza and embellished with Venise lace, the bride's sleeveless gown featured a bateau neckline, open back, a dropped waistline and a box-pleated skirt that flowed into a semicathedral train.
Lavender gowns were worn by Lawni Ross, the bride's sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Kelly Panzo, Julie Sackella and Peg Reed. Flower girls were her nieces, Emma and Erin Ross.
Nick Kingrey served as best man, and groomsmen were Adam Wolfe, a brother of the groom; Nathan Brooks; and Brent Peters. Ring bearer was the groom's cousin, Austin Ferguson.
The bride, an interior designer with Karls Berger in Columbus, graduated from Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor's degree in interior design.
The groom holds an associate degree in computer-aided drafting from Shawnee State University in Portsmouth and is a computer-aided drafting technician with George J. Kontogiannis Architects and Developers in Columbus.
