Miss Williams and Mr. Howard to be married

YOUNGSTOWN -- Charlaunda Williams and Ronnie Howard, both of Youngstown, are engaged.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of Linda Askew-Chandler of Wagner, S.C., and Calvin Williams II of Youngstown. The prospective groom is a son of the late Retha Mae and Jonnie B. Howard, who had lived in Youngstown.
The couple will exchange vows during an open-church ceremony planned for 2 p.m. July 21 at New Bethel Baptist Church. A reception by invitation will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church hall.
