BOARDMAN -- The gazebo in Boardman Township Park was the setting at 5 p.m. May 5 for the wedding of Laura S. Kornbau, 1862 Allen Drive, Salem, and Keith R. Menough, 1068 W. State St., Salem.
The Revs. Eric Matthews and Tom Eisweirth presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Terry and Sue Kornbau, also of 1862 Allen Drive, and son of Jerry Menough, 1790 state Route 344, Salem, and Carrie Menough, 1270 Southeast Blvd., Salem.
After a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman, the couple left on a Caribbean cruise. They live at the groom's address.
Fashioned of lamour satin, the bride's A-line gown featured a chapel train and a portrait neckline with embroidery and rhinestones detailing the rolled collar and panels on the full skirt.
Palomino-colored gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Julie Cecil, and the bridesmaids, Lindsay Kosch, Douan Phanhpheng and Susan Tkatch. Flower girls were Alliey Swindell and Marissa Swindell, and the groom's niece, Danae Menough.
The duties of best man were shared by the groom's brothers, Dan Menough and Mike Menough, and groomsmen were Justin Engle, Daniel Sabatino and Michael Sabatino. Ring bearer was Connor Mellinger, a cousin of the bride.
The bride, a piano teacher at Wilhelm Music Studio in Salem, graduated from Kent State University, Salem Campus, with a degree in early childhood education technology.
The groom is a laborer with Hilltop Energy Inc., Lisbon.
