BOARDMAN -- Patty Marco and Jim Corvino, both of 8731 Chesterton Drive, Poland, were united in marriage during a ceremony May 12 at New Hope Community Church. The Rev. Doug Boquist heard the exchange of vows at 4 p.m.
After accepting congratulations from guests during a reception at St. Mary's Byzantine Church hall in Boardman, the newlyweds left for their honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico. They live in Poland.
The bride is a daughter of the late Verne and Ann Streb. The groom is a son of the late James and Antoinette Corvino.
Mrs. Corvino is a medical assistant with Dr. J. Cuddapah in Canfield. She attended Youngstown State University.
A graduate of YSU with a degree in labor studies, the groom is a postmaster with the U.S. Postal Service in Lisbon.
Kelly Marco of Boardman, the daughter of the bride, was honor attendant. Necole Corvino and Jamie Corvino, both of Poland, daughters of the groom, were bridesmaids.
Ron Frazzini of Canfield performed the duties of best man.
