Parents announce Vodopic-Elshaw engagement

BROOKFIELD -- Ferko and Marija Vodopic, 5727 Stewart-Sharon Road, announce the engagement of their daughter, Snjezana Vodopic, 1342 Winston Road, South Euclid, and Robert Elshaw, 12142 Cedar Road, University Heights. Parents of the future groom are Jim and Marilyn Elshaw, 194 Kenneth Drive, Brunswick.
Miss Vodopic graduated from Ursuline College, Pepper Pike, with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse in the medical intensive care and cardiac intensive care units at Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Cleveland.
Mr. Elshaw earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of Akron and is pursuing a master's degree in case management at UC. He is a registered nurse and clinical coordinator at Louis Stokes VAMC.
The couple will exchange marriage vows during an open-church ceremony they have planned for noon July 21 at St. Anthony Church in Sharon, Pa. Invitations are being extended for an evening reception at Tiffany's in Brookfield.
