Parents announce Lyda-Wonner engagement

CANFIELD -- Jerry and Billie Lyda, 10611 Columbiana-Canfield Road, announce the engagement of their daughter, Paula Lyda, 5696 Rhodes Road, Kent, and Shane Wonner, son of Cork and Leann Wonner, all of 14946 Waterford Road, Petersburg.
Miss Lyda is attending Kent State University.
The future groom is employed by B and J Electric Inc. in North Lima.
The couple will be married during an open ceremony they have planned for 1:30 p.m. July 7 at Mount Olivet United Church of Christ, North Lima. An evening reception will be held by invitation at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
