EDNEYVILLE, N.C. -- The Rev. Ladd Fields presided as Stephanie Elaine Freeman and Michael Pylypiw, both of 8221 Golf Ridge Drive, Charlotte, N.C., exchanged vows during a ceremony at 4:30 p.m. May 5 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
The couple were honored at a reception at Kenmure Country Club, Flat Rock, N.C., before leaving on a honeymoon to Hawaii.
The bride is a daughter of Elaine and David Hull, 22 Ravenswood Road, Flat Rock, and Charles Freeman of San Jose, Costa Rica. The groom is a son of Peter and Carol Pylypiw and Judy and Tom Fabian, all of Boardman.
The bride's sister and honor attendant, Amy Freeman Hayter, wore a dark rose dress, as did bridesmaid Angela Capps Austin, her cousin.
David Cunningham was best man. Groomsmen were Michael Kracko and David Freeman, the bride's brother.
Lucus Freeman, the bride's nephew, also participated.
The bride's white satin sheath gown was styled with a sweetheart neckline and an organza chapel-length train.
Mrs. Pylypiw graduated from the University of North Caroline, Asheville, with a bachelor's degree in computer science. She is a developer with the Compass Group, North American Division, in Charlotte.
An information systems consultant with Premier Alliance Group, Charlotte, the groom earned a bachelor's in applied science at Youngstown State University.
