YOUNGSTOWN -- The marriage ceremony of Lari Ann Brozman and Christopher Harry Slater, both of 3641 Stratmore Ave., was solemnized July 7 by the Rev. Melvin Rusnik at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church.
The wedding took place at 2 p.m., and a reception was held later that day at Willow Creek in Girard.
The daughter of Rose Brozman, 2513 Amberly St., and Michael Brozman, 835 Pasadena Ave., and son of Barbara and Gary Slater, 1819 Collar Price Road, Hubbard, honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and live at Stratmore Avenue address.
The bride's white satin gown was embellished with lace and beading and designed with short sleeves and a cathedral train.
Melissa Perine, the honor attendant, wore a lavender gown, as did the bridesmaids, Jill Slater, a sister of the groom; Sharri Brown; Michelle Oblinger; and Jo Williams.
Best man was John Alexander, and groomsmen were Steven Slater, the groom's brother; Patrick Mulligan, a cousin of the bride; Joe Marble; and Rick Williams.
The bride is an assistant manager at Kohl's in Warren, and the groom is a laborer with Gasser Chair Co.
