GIRARD -- Nuptial vows were exchanged by Gina Marie Flora, 6588 Willow Bend Drive, Liberty Township, and James Mark Fox, 8485 Paul Drive, West Chester, as they were united in marriage at 2 p.m. June 30 at St. Rose Church.
The Rev. Charles Poore presided at the wedding for the daughter of Ronald and Mary Ann Schulay, 625 E. Marshall Road, McDonald, and son of Jack and Carol Fox, 7184 Pondside Court, Cincinnati.
After a reception at the Avalon Inn and Resort in Howland, the couple left on a wedding trip to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. They live in Monroe.
A sleeveless satin gown enhanced with lace and beading was worn by the bride. It featured a halter neckline and a cathedral train.
Tangerine-colored gowns were worn by Annemarie Clark and Karin Daley, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Jackie Miller, Robyn Markovitch, Kelly Yerian, Laura DiGennaro and Julie Rodriquez. Flower girl was Kristen George, the groom's niece.
The duties of best man were shared by Bobby Diesel and Brad Kirlin. Groomsmen were Ray Corbett, Dave Wysong, Robert Forbeck, Steve Birdsong, and the bride's brother, Jeff Flora. Ring bearer was her cousin, Nicholas DiGennaro, and ushers were Eric Daley and Michael Clark.
The bride, a special-education teacher with Middletown City Schools, holds a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree from Miami University at Oxford.
The groom is a zoning and drainage inspector with Butler County Building and Zoning in Hamilton.
