NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Colleen S. Foley and David W. Richardson were married at 2:30 p.m. June 23 at Northminster Presbyterian Church. A reception followed at Willow Creek in Girard in honor of the daughter of Mary Patricia Foley, 1100 Beechwood Drive, Girard, and Thomas J. Foley of Cortland and son of Betty J. Richardson, 26 Sunnybrook, and the late William Richardson.
The Rev. Andrew Jillsen officiated. The couple are living at 220 W. Sheridan Ave. since returning from a honeymoon to Marco Island, Fla.
The bride wore a sleeveless satin A-line gown.
Honor attendant was Jessica Frommelt of Las Vegas, and bridesmaids were Angela Vadjinia of Liberty and Heidi Vonu-Giamboi of Boardman.
The groom's brother, Robert Richardson of New Castle, performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were another brother, Charles Richardson of Richmond, Va., and Brian Wilson of New Castle. Ring bearers were Sean McGuire of Liberty, the bride's cousin, and Daniel Belinky of Boardman.
Mrs. Richardson holds a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University and is a third-grade teacher at Youngstown Community School.
Her husband attended Point Park University in Pittsburgh and is a cardiac ultrasound sonographer at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
