YOUNGSTOWN -- Married at 2:30 p.m. June 23 at Immanuel Lutheran Church were Amy L. Foster and Paul D. Gobel Jr. Parents of the couple are Dale and Cathy Foster of Boardman and Paul and Kathryn Gobel of Youngstown.
The Rev. Kenneth Kelly officiated, and the couple are living at 5947 Parkland Ave., Boardman, since returning from a honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico.
Fashioned of matte satin and organza, the bride's sleeveless gown was designed with a bateau neckline and full skirt enhanced with pearls and sequins at the waist and hem.
Jeannie Fiumara was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Melissa Cimperman, Jaelyn Farris, Teri Lesniak, Amber Lewis and Michelle Myers. They wore platinum-colored gowns. Flower girls were Jessica and Courtney Gobel, the groom's daughters.
Performing the duties of best man was William Gurd, and groomsmen were Kurt Buchanan, Joe Dragovich, Bruce Minotti and Michael Myers.
A summa cum lade graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in fine arts, the bride is a graphic designer with the Innis Maggiore Group in Canton.
Mr. Gobel is manager of Cookies By Design in Boardman.
