Teen-ager accuses man of raping her after AA meeting

YOUNGSTOWN -- A 17-year-old girl said she was raped by a 57-year-old Boardman man who drove her home from an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting Tuesday night.
The girl told police she'd known the man for about a year through AA meetings.
Police said the man dropped off another female after the meeting before taking the 17-year-old to his home where he repeatedly tried to kiss her.
She evaded his advances and asked to be taken home.
During the car ride, the man pulled over on the 1300 block of North Meridian Road near Salt Springs Road and forced the girl's head into his lap, according to the police report.
Police said the man then had intercourse with her.
He told her to lie to her mother about being late before dropping her off.
The girl's condition was not available. No arrests have been made.
