Smolko-Jones engagement is announced

Carrie Elizabeth Smolko, 12766 State Line Road, Petersburg, and Paul Michael Jones, 3032 Spring Meadow Circle, Austintown, are engaged.
The announcement was made by their parents, Joseph and Marie Smolko of the State Line Road address, and William and Diane Jones of 280 Marcia Drive, Austintown.
Miss Smolko graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in computer science.
A component engineer at Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Warren, Mr. Jones earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology at YSU.
New Life Assembly of God Church in Poland will be the setting for the couple's open-church wedding planned for 3:30 p.m. Sept. 22. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
