Dinner party held to celebrate Sanchez jubilee

BOARDMAN -- A dinner party June 16 at Tippecanoe Country Club, Canfield, honored Mr. and Mrs. Marce Sanchez, 6823 Paxton Road, on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Hosts and hostesses for the event were the honorees' children and spouses, Marce Sanchez of Manhattan, N.Y.; Lisa and David Dunn of Boardman; and David and Linda Sanchez of Scottsdale, Ariz. The family circle includes three grandchildren.
The former Pauline Abate and Mr. Sanchez exchanged marriage vows June 16, 1951, at St. Joseph Church in Youngstown. They are members of St. Charles Church.
Mrs. Sanchez is employed in the payroll department at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
Now retired, Mr. Sanchez worked as a bricklayer with Bricklayers Local 8 in Youngstown. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
