Parents announce Sherman-Lesko engagement

BOARDMAN -- Mr. and Mrs. Michael J. Budd and Thomas L. Lesko, all of Boardman, announce the engagement of their son, Thomas John Lesko of Columbus, and Marlene Leah Sherman, also of Columbus.
Parents of the bride-to-be are Dr. and Mrs. Richard D. Sherman of Gahanna.
Miss Sherman graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor's degree in human development family science. She is an executive recruiter with Cornerstone Partners in Columbus.
Mr. Lesko is an administrative liaison with the state of Ohio Department of Commerce in Columbus. He earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice at Youngstown State University.
Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus will be the setting for the couple's wedding planned for 2:30 p.m. Aug. 25. A late-afternoon reception is scheduled at the Hyatt on Capitol Square in Columbus. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and reception.
