ASSOCIATIONS
XTri-County Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will meet Aug. 7 at the Saxon Club, Meridian Road. The menu is grilled sirloin steak, potato, vegetable, salad and dessert. CLASSES
XStruthers High School Class of 1943 will meet for a luncheon at 1 p.m. Friday at The Elmton in Struthers. January and June class members may attend.
FRATERNAL GROUPS
XFirst Catholic Slovak Union will hold the 67th annual Jednota picnic from 4 to 10 p.m. July 29 at St. Matthias Father Snock Hall, 2800 Shady Run Road. Admission is $5, and children under 12 are admitted free. Slovak foods including holupki, pirogi, kielbasi and haluski will be available along with baked goods.
SINGLES
XSalem Area Singles will hold wiener roast July 28.
SOCIETIES
XHammond Organ Society will hold its annual picnic at 5 p.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church. Members should take their favorite summer casseroles and desserts. Members will entertain.
XSt. David's Society and Niles Gymanfa Ganu Association plan a picnic Aug. 11 at Stacey Pavilion in Austintown Township Park, 6000 Kirk Road, Austintown. The social time will begin at 4:30 p.m. with dinner at 5. The cost is $11.50. Reservations are due by Aug. 4 and should be sent to Mrs. AlBernice Dunlap, 3409 Lakeside Drive, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440. Checks should be payable to the Niles Gymanfu Ganu Association.

XRecovery Inc., a self-help mental health group, will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Christ Church Presbyterian Annex on Hopkins Road, Boardman. For information call (330) 747-1176.
