Kiwanis Club to celebrate 85th year

BOARDMAN -- The Kiwanis Club of Youngstown will celebrate its 85th anniversary at a dinner celebration at 7 p.m. July 27 at the Lockwood House.
All Kiwanians and former Kiwanians are invited. Reservations may be made by calling Joe Bratek at (330) 743-4410.
The chapter is the largest and oldest in the Mahoning Valley, having been organized in the spring of 1916 by Charles W. Stillson.
The club raises funds each year to benefit a wide variety of local charitable organizations. Members meet at noon each Friday at the Downtown YMCA.
