Chief Warrant Officer James and Sharla (Sawyer) Davis of Fort Richardson, Alaska, are announcing the birth of their third daughter, Summer Angel, June 21, in Alaska. She is a granddaughter of Dr. Gary and Jill Burstein of Clarkston, Mich. Her great-grandmother is Mary Lou Hildebrand of Austintown.
