Blaugrund-Brown engagement is made known

BOARDMAN -- William and Kathleen Brown, 446 Ewing Road, are announcing plans for the upcoming marriage of their son, Dr. Michael Patrick Brown, 32201 Hamilton Court, Solon, to Wendy Alysse Blaugrund, also of the Hamilton Court address. Miss Blaugrund is a daughter of Rita Blaugrund, 24162 Wendover Drive, Beachwood, and the late Lawrence Blaugrund.
The couple will be married at 6 p.m. Aug. 26 at the Hilton Hotel in Beachwood, where a reception will follow. Invitations will be extended for both events.
The future bride holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio Sate University and a master's degree from Case Western Reserve University. She is employed as a social work case manager at South Pointe Hospital in Cleveland.
Dr. Brown received his bachelor's degree from CWRU and graduated from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. The future groom is a surgical resident at South Pointe Hospital.
