Man faces several charges

SHARON, Pa. -- Police said a Fullerton Place man angered at a split with his girlfriend should have just allowed the matter to pass quietly.
Police were called to Frank G. Sewinsky's residence three times Wednesday morning after he argued with the woman, who was apparently trying to retrieve her possessions.
On the second trip, at 1:30 a.m., police arrested him on a charge of disorderly conduct and, while searching him, found a marijuana pipe in his pocket, adding a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia against him.
Sewinsky, 54, went to jail at that point, but police got called back to the house around 1:55 a.m. to investigate a report of someone's crawling through a window.
It turned out to be the girlfriend, going back in to get more of her belongings, police said.
Officers then entered the house to make sure no one else was inside so they could secure it for Sewinsky, but spotted what appeared to be a marijuana plant growing in an attic storage room.
Police then went back to Sewinsky and asked for permission to search his house.
He granted it and police said they found additional drug paraphernalia and the marijuana plant, which was being nurtured by a grow light.
Police added charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and manufacture of a controlled substance against Sewinsky. He was arraigned before District Justice James McMahon later in the day and freed on an unsecured bond.
