Parents announce Morris-Balfour engagement

SALEM -- Connie L. and Lewis W. Morris, 1261 Robin Ave., announce the engagement of their daughter, Connie E. Morris of the same address, to Jamie L. Balfour, son of Carol Balfour, both of 14084 state Route 534. The groom also is a son of the late Howard Balfour.
Miss Morris is a student at Youngstown State University. She is a medical imaging clerk at Salem Community Hospital.
Mr. Balfour is an oil well dumper with D.P. Operating in Westville. He graduated from Mahoning County Joint Vocational School, Canfield, with a certificate in power equipment.
The couple will be married Aug. 10, 2002, at Salem United Methodist Church. A reception is being planned at the Salem Saxon Club.
