MAUI, Hawaii -- Donna J. McNamara of Girard and David A. Edwards of Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, were married at 6 p.m. June 17 in the Garden Courtyard at the Renaissance Wallea Resort.
The bride is a daughter of Helen Baluck, 1665 Everett St., Youngstown, and the late Richard Baluck, who had lived in Sarasota, Fla.
Mr. Edwards is a son of Don and Reta Edwards of Woodstock.
The bride wore a one-shouldered ivory sheath-style gown trimmed with Alencon lace, pearls and rhinestones. The skirt fell to a sweep train.
Her daughter, Megan R. McNamara of Girard, was maid of honor. She wore a fuchsia gown. Paulina Baluck of Poland, the bride's niece, was flower girl.
Paul Patterson of Guelph, Ontario, Canada, performed the duties of best man.
Mrs. Edwards is employed as a press operator with Delphi Automotive Systems in Warren.
Her husband graduated from Canadore College of Applied Arts and Technology in North Bay, Ontario, Canada. He is an aircraft mechanic for Continental Airlines in Cleveland.
The couple are living in Girard.
