YOUNGSTOWN -- The wedding of Andrea Karas, daughter of George and Marie Karas of Struthers, and Dean Cicoretti, son of Larry and Marianne Cicoretti of Poland, took place at 1 p.m. June 2 at Sts. Peter & amp; Paul Church.
The Rev. John Warner officiated, and a reception followed at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex Centre in Liberty.
After a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple are living in Canfield.
A graduate of Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in nursing, the bride is intake coordinator for Mahoning Valley Infusion Home Care in Girard.
Mr. Cicoretti attended Youngstown State University and is president of Proscout Ltd. in Youngstown.
A sleeveless white gown with a gently scooped neckline was worn by the bride. It was encrusted with caviar beads, and a sweep train fell from the fitted, trumpet skirt. A cathedral veil of silk illusion completed her ensemble.
Kristine Gibson, the bride's cousin, was honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Toni Karas, her sister-in-law; Monique Abbas, the groom's sister; Jennifer Garcia, her cousin; Amy Colaprete; Karen Crogen; Linda Walleshauser, her cousin; Karla Richards; and Debbie Long.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's cousin, Daniel Thomas, and serving as groomsmen were Daniel Karas, the bride's brother; Thomas Abbas, his brother-in-law; Tony Delmont, his cousin; David Tabaka; Daniel Stricko; Chuck Ciambotti; Joe Casal; and Jason Dill. Ring bearers were Keith, Kevin and Korey Karas, the bride's nephews.
